1. General Provisions

These Terms apply to all users of the 09bbe platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing content hosted at https://09bbe.io. By using this platform in any capacity, you affirm that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on the 09bbe platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 09bbe takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds remaining in the account forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 09bbe platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual (identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor), 09bbe reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and restrict the player to a single verified account going forward.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without reimbursement of deposits or pending winnings.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3. Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 09bbe account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take between 5 and 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on network conditions and issuing bank processing times.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposits at the discretion of 09bbe's compliance team.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person, or deposits received from unverified third-party sources, are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account not belonging to the registered player will be returned to the source account and the player's account suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals & Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your deposited funds must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold. A minimum withdrawal of ৳1,000 applies per transaction.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed by 09bbe within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. 09bbe does not control the processing time on the recipient bank's or payment provider's end once funds have been released from our system.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 09bbe's finance team in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied uniformly to all player accounts regardless of account tier or history.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction is ৳200,000. Players who wish to withdraw amounts exceeding this limit may submit multiple withdrawal requests on consecutive business days. 09bbe reserves the right to pay out large winning amounts in instalments at its sole discretion, with each instalment processed within 48 hours of the previous one.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bet-per-round limits while a bonus is active, time limits for completion, and any game exclusions. In the absence of specific terms, the default wagering requirement for all bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.

09bbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk or risk-free bet combinations to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have all bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned from the platform.

7. Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution schedule is as follows: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; sports betting wagers on pre-match markets with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; sports betting wagers on odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. Specific promotions may override these default percentages — always check the individual offer terms.

If a player attempts to withdraw funds while a bonus is still active and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The player may retain only the original deposit amount, less any losses incurred during the bonus period, subject to account verification.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bbe platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in 09bbe's platform or any game provider's system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or wager
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using bonus funds
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without their explicit consent
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 09bbe support to resolve the issue

09bbe employs advanced fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and transaction monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted while the review is conducted. 09bbe will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any criminal investigation related to activity on the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

09bbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, 09bbe may retain the full account balance as compensation for any losses or damages caused by the breach. In the event of closure for reasons not related to player misconduct (such as platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), the verified account balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If a player has an active bonus at the time of voluntary closure, the bonus and any associated wagering requirements will be cancelled and the bonus amount forfeited.

11. Responsible Gaming

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bbe's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bbe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if 09bbe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09bbe does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure") may result in temporary platform unavailability. 09bbe will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance periods.

15. Amendments to Terms

09bbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms — meaning changes that affect player rights, obligations, or the core conditions of service — will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to comply with new regulatory requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

Players who initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting the internal complaints process may be considered in breach of these Terms.
